1. Payment Policy

We accept prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
Your order will be processed once the payment has been successfully received and confirmed

2. Order Processing

Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed for dispatch.
Orders are generally dispatched within 3–8 working days.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email.

3. Shipping

A flat shipping fee of ₹80 is applicable on all orders.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.
In case of a severely damaged or defective product received due to shipping, an exchange may be provided subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or defect claim. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
